All through college, IF talks of investing came up it was always associated with the already wealthy and established. Investing and being involved in personal finances in general were always thoughts that were stored in the back of my mind to come back to after I graduated college. I’m not sure when that “aha!” moment was for me to look on Google and type in “how do I buy a stock?”. The only thing I have regretted from that moment on is not starting sooner.
Excuse my manners, let me introduce myself. Hi, I’m Danielle! And for the past couple of years I have been obsessed with becoming debt and financially free by the time I turn 30. This blog came about as a means to document my track to financial freedom and to educate and provide insight. While I am not a financial adviser and the advice given is on my own accord, my hope is to show people that if I can do it, you can do it too.
My mission is to help bridge the growing wealth gap by making my finances and financial goals transparent. Hopefully with me sharing my good, bad and ugly stories more of my peers will have their “aha” moment and join me in this journey to financial freedom.
